Why Scientific Live

About Us

Scientific Live has come into being with a grand noble mission to take science and technology, its fruits and benefits to every doorstep of the people across the nations. We, at Scientific Live organize conferences and events on science and technologies; and the advancements made in these fields; technologies available and in use; newer discoveries; and the status of research; and how well the benefit of cure is made available to people at large in the world. These conferences are conducted on international platforms at exotic locales. It's a golden opportunity for the global scientific community and everyone concerned to reap the benefits of wisdom, knowledge and expertise by participating in our International Conference on Genetics to be held in Paris, France during June 24th to 26th 2019.

Welcome to this amazing International Conference on Genetics.

People have been wondering why they look like their parents for centuries. Observations of nature over the past few millennia have led people to ask “Why?” and “How?” repeatedly. The search for answers has led to fascinating findings.

Genetics is the scientific study of inherited variation whereas Genetic engineering is the act of modifying the genetic makeup of an organism. Modifications can be generated by methods such as gene targeting, nuclear transplantation, transfection of synthetic chromosomes or viral insertion. When most people think of genetics, they think of their own genes, but genetics is not only used to scan or and alter the genetic composition of humans but also equally important in the fields of plants, animals and food.

Scientists are now capable of creating new species of animals by taking genetic material from one or more plants or animals and genetically engineering them into the genes of another animal. This allows scientists to create animals that are on one hand completely foreign to the earth and on the other, specifically tailored to possess only the traits that humans desire in animals. Genetically engineered animals are also created to help medical researchers in their quest to find cures for variable genetic diseases.  Finally, endangered animal species can be cloned, thus helping wildlife management in its goals of preserving wild populations of the earth’s biological diversity and by ensuring that endangered animals' genetic information will not be lost when the last of the species dies.

Genetic Engineering has become more common in agriculture. Genetic modification of plants involves adding a specific stretch of DNA into the plant’s genome, giving it new or different characteristics. This could include changing the way the plant grows or making it resistant to a particular disease. Since the research in the field of Genetics & Genetic Engineering is unceasing, it’s worth it to explore the possibility further.
